vy II ss 6spd manual gearbox oil

Hi all thinking of changing the oil in my vy ss anyone reccomend oil to use in it ? like redline or royal purple etc ?

same with the lsd diff whats the best quality oil to use ?

Gearbox: Penrite MGO (manual gear oil) 70w.. It was purposely designed to be used in the T56 gearbox
Diff: If you flog the crap out of your ss then I suggest Penrite Limslip 140w diff oil

If you feel super rich you could go for Mainlube's offering for the gearbox. You can find plenty of info about it on LS1 forum. Supposed to be the pinnacle of T56 oils.

hmm sounds like need some reading up on it. would like to look after the car as its a clean 78k example . thanks

I am looking forward to change the diff oil the diff is lsd but feels like an open diff especially in the wet spinning one side only
