VY - How to remove gutter/window moulds

Just wondering if anyone has removed there window and/or gutter moulds from their VY as i would like to fit up a set of chrome ones to mine soon, but i would like to know what im doing before i attempt it, rather than feeling my way.
Is there a 'knack' or easy way to doing this procedure?

About 10 little phillips screws hold the gutter mould to the roof. The only trickly part is the centre pillar, mould sticks between the roof and the pillar.

thanks man! ill have a go at it when i get my chrome parts, is the middle part double-sided taped on?

No just very tight between the roof & the plastic trim on the centre pillar.
