hi all. i've got a vs with 6L T56 and what is, according to holden by going off the part number in my receipts.. an adjustable clutch master cylinder out of a 5.7L VY series 1.
my problem is i broke the rod from the cylinder to the clutch pedal and need a replacement. however the fork shaped bracket that goes over the pedal on mine isnt standard going by the diagrams on the dealership computer, standard is an eyelet type thing afaik. also my supposedly adjustable master dont have the adjuster bit either.
anyways, my question is. if there is an eyelet on there does it have a female thread in it and wind on to the threaded rod on the master cylinder, or is the eyelet/thread bar one piece and that winds into the adjuster? and what kind of setup is it on the non adjustable master cylinder?
most importantly, can anyone tell me the thread size/pitch of the adjuster/pushrod on a 5.7L VY cluch master? hopefully i can figure out some way of putting it back together
thanks guys
