    Hey all.. just boughg a ute.. wanna change a few things but im looking at putting a DDin head unit, still need a fascia kit (duh) but which ones hold the unit tight so it aint gunna move!! and where can you find one to match the silver dash EXACTLY!!?
    re painting the whole center section is in the pipes just cant think of the color i want...

    I've just replaced mine to D/Din but think that they only come in black. As for tight fit, Mine is super tight and I just bought it from Autobarn - Aeropro was the brand but I don't have any other details as I threw out the packaging.
    As for painting the facia silver (which I guess you are asking above) the black facia in mine matches the climate control and centre. I guess when you paint the whole centre you can paint the facia at the same time. Make sure to post some pics when you do. There are quite a few threads on these forums about interior painting.     kk thanks mate. yer i just don't want the unit moving AT ALL!! Still not sure what color but when i do it i will put some up.

    i just got mine in the mail, i got the Aeropro one but in the silver (i can get the serial number/part number if you want), um the silver is nothing like the stock one in my car, and the fit isn't perfect but is quite good, and if you want to have perfection just pack it tighter etc, in saying that i have herd the DNA one is the best you can get (spoken to heaps of car fitters etc and that's their word on it)
