Does anyone know how to remove the needles off an instument cluster??

Too easy mate, Just have to lift the needles straight up.

Iv found the easiest way is using to spoons either side of the dial and slowly lifting up.

Make sure you mark where to put them back on so they stay accurate

If you dont want to mark your speedo template, you can always recalibrate it by holding mode and set and turning the ignition on, keep pressing mode till you get a mode that is a constant beep and the dials move up.

The dials should all be half way if calibrated correctly, hence temp should be half, rev should be 3000, speedo at 100, fuel at half.

If it isnt, take note if they are before or past half way, turn car off then move the dial carefully back or forward according to what you need, then repeat!
