Cant put a name on or find the cap for where my toebar came out, can anyone help me out?

and do you mean on the end of the gooseneck of the tow bar or in the bumper where the bar comes through?

I don't know what the factory would list it as but if you asked for the towbar aperture cover, you wouldn't confuse the parts salesman.
