You will need the 4 oz (ounce) bottles of GM Vehicle Care Supercharger Oil, which is GM part number 12345982. This is a synthetic oil and is formulated specifically for various supercharger models. All GMH dealers should have this or order it in for you easily.
Despite what you may read elsewhere do not use anything but this oil - which is relatively expensive over here by the way. It is much cheaper to buy in the US.

You will need a 3/16 inch Allen key to remove the plug to check the oil level. (Make sure the plug and the area around the plug is cleaned to avoid any possible contamination).
The oil level in the tank should be maintained at a level as close as possible to the bottom of the screw threads in the oil filler plug hole.

The published Eaton position on changing the oil is:

"The sealed oil reservoir in a supercharger is designed to last the life of the vehicle. Changing the oil is not recommended unless you suspect contamination, leakage, or other issues like bearing failure. Also, if your vehicle has an abnormally heavy duty cycle, such as racing or towing, you could consider changing the oil at regular intervals such as 20k miles, 30k miles , 50k, or 100k miles depending on usage"

It's up to you but if the vehicle has done 100000 kms or more I would be changing the oil. You will need to buy two 4 ounce bottles for this . You will need to pump the old oil out into a container using the tube and trigger mechanism from a trigger pack plastic bottle. Just make sure the tube is completely clean before inserting it into the oil reservoir.
You will need a small funnel to refill the reservoir with the fresh oil.

Hope this is of some help. Cheers

Why do you say not to use anyother type of oil?? im just asking because there are a few guys on the l67 site that have been rebuilding there chargers and had them fail quicker with the stock oil that what it did with gear oil.

I used castrol high temp gear oil (I think about a 70/80 weight from memory) recommended by someone on l67torque a few years and 70-80k ago with no issues. I found the GM oil to be horrendously overpriced so I did some research on other options
