Projectors for VY Executives!

Hey dudes, Was just having a look through ebay just now at cool stuff to buy lol.. and came across these:

Projector Headlights for VY Executives, ive been looking for these for ages and its impossible to find anything that has a projector and that teardrop thing to fit...

So before i get too excited about them i want to know what you guys think of these.
They look so much like an Audi its not funny which is what kinda turns me off them, But what do you guys think? The look smexy or just too audish?

If the car came without lights and they are all you can afford, then go for it..

If the car has lights then why bother?

check my ride dude i was being a smart arse in the first post. I am half way through retrofitting projectors into my vy stock headlights. Currently waiting on a part from america

another option is to buy vy calais projectors and have the teardrop cutouts in the bumper plastic welded.

i just bought some after seeing this. what sort of bulb does the projectors use? i wanna get an H.I.D kit in time when my new head lights arrive.

Calais lights and plastic welded bumper looks way better.

They use H9 for high beams and H11 for low beams. The projector beam pattern really isn't suited for HID though. They will blind the shit out of everyone in the lane to the left of you. One thing you can do is just get H9 globes and trim off the plastic key, and they will fit in the H11 sockets = 60% brighter. Bright enough for good vision, but nicer then HIDs for everyone else

when you guys say welded do you mean like metal welded or filled with bog or something?

i wanna do the same thing, should i just ask my panel beater to fill the whole and paint it?
