Busted Lifter?

Hey guys, im sure this is a lazy/broken lifter but just wondering what you guys think



before i go and rip my engine apart again

could be anything sticky lifter, bent pushrod, problem with rocker either way pretty sure your going to have to pull it apart to find out.

its a Lifter

after checking out the rods and the rockers seems that one of the lifters isnt pumping oil upto the rockers
