VY heater knobs

Can anyone tell me how to remove the fan/heat/mode control knobs from the centre dash (std air con) Cheers.

you have to remove the entire upper dash part with the cd player etc in it, if i remember there are 4 screws at the top and 2 at the bottom. Then there are a couple of screws holding the knobs on.
