Would a skyline r32 3.9 gears fit a vy ute 80 series diff? (Same as v8)
Not to my knowledge.

Iv got a vy v6 but has the 80 series diff with stock 3.46s
If it doesnt it would be because of the pinion thickness being
Too thin for the 80 series bearings.. Would it be possible to weld beads on the pinion and grind
Back to required thicknes? Would 4.11s be too much for a 153rwkw manual v6?
For the price of re-grinding and putting a new bearing kit through the diff, why not sell off the gears you have and buy a set of gears specifically for the car. Would save alot of messing around.
But if you're intent on running these gears, and have the money im sure you can find a way to make it happen.

Gears are pretty cheap, a diff shop would charge around $350 to set the backlash and change the carrier bearings or what ever they need to do.
