Which clutch?

Its for a vy v6.. Iv had 2 quotes.. Hd exedy clutch kit and solid flywheel$995
Or xtreme hd clutch kit with solid fly $800
Which is the stronger better quality clutch/ better brand

Ive got the exedy hd in mine and love it. For a standard power output application i'd say either would be fine.

Its got a got more than stock.. Pretty sure its around 210kw at the fly.. Does it make a difference?

The exedy is certainly capable of holding much more than that. I would assume the xtreme to be pretty similar.

OK, iv phoned round a bit and they reckon xtreme uses bits and pieces from exedy but the main diffrrence is the fly
Wheel wieght.. Exedy =11kgs xtreme =7kgs
What effect does that have on wear and tear? Both are chrome molly

Hello again, the wear and tear should be no different, it's all down to rotating mass.
That is how much the flywheels weight will pull against itself when spinning.
It's hard to explain so I'll put a link up but basically the heavier the fly, the more it takes to turn it.

But either way you'll end up with a strong setup. I have an exedy and haven't tried the xtreme
so I can't really say which you should go for.
