how to switch bucket seat back rests - passenger to drivers side VY

The side of my drivers side leather back rest cushion is starting to wear and crack, my local auto upholstery said that the best thing to do was remove the back rests from each of the front seats and swap them around as they wear oppositely. does anyone know how this is done, have done this previously. Also have side airbags fitted.

Yea, take either the car or the seats to the Auto Upholsterer and get them to do the job, I did because it's really not a job for an a novice.
