Default Low profile body kit? Can someone recommend one?

I've been looking at a HBD body kit on ebay, but from everything I've read here, they're shite.

Can someone recommend one that is subtle and low profile like that?

The only issue I see with that idea is that you would need to change the headlights and taillights to suit.

To the OP, there are a couple of skirt style kits listed on the Sydney Special Vehicles (SSV) website. Similar to the HBD kit but different shapes. Also, I don't recall ever seeing written on here that the HBD kit is crap, only that it sucks they are rare as hens teeth to locate. They're a genuine item, rarer than most body kits (read, exclusive) and well made plastic pieces.

Berlina with HBD kit looks the best (i'm biased ). But it'll cost a mint to convert, headlights $250 for repos, grills $150+, foglights $150+, front bar cover $80+, taillights + rear bar (just get VZ Exec) $150+, and then you have to get everything painted. Add an extra $300-400 for Calais bits. You'd be better off just buying a Berlina/Calais lol.

Either way you can't go wrong with a genuine kit as they are made with polypropylene plastic (same as the bumper bars), so they won't shatter like a fibreglass kit if you are unfortunate enough to hit something.

Only problem i had with my HBD kit is that the front and rear skirts had warped a bit underneath from being piled on top of other parts on a shelf in a hot warehouse for the last 8 years. I fixed them 99% anyway by heating them with a heatgun, weighing them down on my garage floor and quickly cooling them by hosing them down. For good measure i braced the front lip with some aluminium angle bar.
