Hot Relay

Can any one tell me why my engine cont relay is getting very hot could it be doing it because i took the horn relay out mounths ago because the thing goes off ramdom times

also could this be why the engine has lost power

good luck ... sounds like you have some serious problems not caused by a horn realay though

pretty common for relays to hot, you need to put an amp meter inline and check the current draw. As for the engine power issue, is the check engine light on?
