Hi guys, I have a VY SS UTE and it has been throwing up a check engine light which holden keep telling me is my O2 sensors being faulty, well after
12+ attempts they still havent fixed it. So i have decided to take matters into my own hands and have bought a diagnostic tool to try and get this sorted once and for all. The codes coming up are P0171 and P0174 (fuel lean in bank 1 and 2). there are a few threads on here already stating to clean MAF and check PCV hose for vacuum leaks. I have cleaned the MAF and looked at the PCV, however my PCV seems completely different to all the photos i have found and cant see any leaks anywhere. I have also run an O2 sensor test and they are working fine. here is a photo of where my PCV should be, there is no piping at the back of the engine either.
Any help would be appreciated

Lean exhaust is 90% a vacuum leak, do u have rough idle? I came across this before and found it to be a vacuum leak from the injector orings on the inlet manifold side leaking vacuum
If u do have a rough idle spraying carby cleaner around the injectors and inlet manifold seals will momentarily seal it and the rough idle will disappear
I can't see any vacuum leaks but I am sure there is one. It doesn't idle rough but when the air con is on it does idle high at about 1.2 (normally 750) and sits about 2.5 when changing gears, which is really annoying as it actuallys accelerates you when gearing down and for obvious reasons shouldn't happen.
Praying it is all fixed, its been 7 days without an issue. i thought to my self the scanner shows no issues with the live data (o2 sensor voltage and flow, short term fuel trim sits perfectly for both banks) therefore i may as well try the most basic thing i can think of, reset the ECU. Seems to have fixed it keeping fingers crossed.
The air con idle is still puzzelling me tho, if anyone knows something about that help would be much appreciated
