It was from the top of the injector I ended up using one of my old o rings which still looked good and its now sealing 3 o rings later Taken it for a decent drive all is fine now

Did u lube the o rings when fitting the injectors or smash them in dry?

Are you sure you removed the old o ring from the injector rail. You should never reuse the o rings when you do the injectors.

They are all new o-rings One of the out lets on the fuel rail was slightly bent so that one injector was not sitting inline I placed a old injector in that spot and slightly bent it back in Wasnt hard to bend Seems fine now been driving and no sign of leaking fuel It also looks more alligned now. 3rd car ive done them on only this one gave me problems

Still going good not leaking But when i was doing the job i noticed a split in the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator to the plenum So i went and bought another when i got home i noticed its only about 5 mm and the stock one was about 6-7 Would this matter cause its now rough on start like its going to stall for a split second then bang it starts.

Could have a leaky injector. If you run it for a while then turn off and straight back on again does it start nice?

Yep It will start better after its been running for say 10 mins or so. Thought one might have been a bit leaky But they are all very clean around the o-rings as i degreased the inlet manifold while i did the gasket so its easy to tell.

Leaking as in the injector isnt closing properly and is dribbling fuel into the cylinder
