Metal grinding noise from rear

Hi all. Did a search but didn't find exactly what is happening to mine. 2004 VY SS auto, when turning right I get a metal grinding sound from the rear. Had the cv joints checked all good. Advised to get diff checked. Anyone got any ideas what it could be?

Sounds like you've got LSD chatter. Add some friction modifier to the diff. Should clear it up quick smart.

Yep, go to repco and ask for some. Or go to Holden and get some. Its usually 100ml.
