Default interior lighting blown fuse help pleaseeee

i blew a fuse while putting in my new roof lining, ive done it before by shorting it out by the light accidently hitting the roof but all i did was replace the fuse to fix it....

this time when i replace the fuse the lights are constantly on and when i switch the main switch on the roof it just stays on.. any ideas?

Is the switch jamming when you refitted it? was it doing it before the rooflining came off?
