vy 11 berlina 2003 Rough idle

Hi all, just wondering if anyone had experienced very rough idle mostly when cold bit still when hot just not as bad, it also has very hard starting, vehicle has only done 105km. Have had holden do a plug in for it they say it is perfect, all fuel trims etc are good, any suggestions????? it a v6

clean iac unit and throttle body with throttle body cleaner and see if it improves if not be looking at plugs and leads
