Engine clicking abs and srs fault, help!

Hi guys,
New here so be easy

So this morning it started fine but now, the dash beePs and displays srs and abs faults and then when I go to start it the engine just click (preventative I assume), and all I've done today was run some wiring
Between firewall and console as I just did the aux mod (on a side note I now get check disc error making it useless and disconnected the battery for 5 mins so any ideas as to what may have happened from what I've read there are some that say voltage/alternator

So any help would be greatly appreciated

Alright guys, never mind, solved it.
Left it for a while and then the errors went away then simply disconnected the battery and charged overnight. Now she's running like a dream again :-)

Clicking and fault lights means low battery voltage.
