Default Help with sub power cable

Not sure if this is in the right section but, I need help running the cable for my subwoofer from the battery terminal and somehow getting it inside the car.
I have an auto VY Berlina, would I need to make a hole in the firewall (i think that's what it's called) to make the cable come through the car?

There should be a blank spot for the clutch or whatever. Smash it through there

^ as above, in the middle behind your left extractor/header (looking at the front of the car) there's a rubber grommet about 3-4cm's long and 2-3cm's wide. Just unplug it and take it out, and make a hole through it and run the wire through.

edit: you can also run it in through the big rubber grommet in the back left corner, just unplug it a bit and feed it through the top.

through the top? so the positive power wire is resting against a metal edge, which will eventually rub through, causing a blown fuse, or at worst a fire... sounds good.

i use the grommet behind the drivers strut tower, if you look from inside the car, theres 4 cavities in the grommet surrounding the main bundle of wires. go through one of them and you'll be fine.

you can use the clutch grommet, but i find it to be more work, and extra wire used.

Well i didn't know into explicit detail, I was just telling him where it is.

I've got mine foamed on the edges, and the grommet has been cut out to feed the wire straight through.
