Peeling clear coat

The clear is blistering and peeling on my spoiler. Is there anything other than respraying it that I can do?

When I waxed it today, the paint under where is blistered comes up fine.

Won't take long for that pain under the blister to dull again. Plus, the paint underneath is not as hard as clear coat, so it'll disappear quick if you buff it lots. When clear coat failure occurs, only thing to do is respray.
