Ouch. I'm not to sure but I would probably try some dash protector/cleaner first and if all fails some WD40 (has removed many marks for me without any harm).

Looks like melted glue residue from the photos.

I would try ACETONE. You can buy this at Bunnings for about $9. Open the door and try it on the dash material that is covered by the door when closed to ensure that the plastic does not mark or dull after the acentone is applied and dried. (It should be ok as I tried it on mine). Use a white cloth otherwise you risk bleeding colour into the plastic which will never come out.

Commercial auto Dashboard treatments will be unlikely to remove the material. You will most likely just get a shiny dash and the residue may be even more prominent.

Orange cleaner is good. For adhesive removal I use the 3m branded adhesive removal spray works awesome.

I have a little patch on mine too (previous owner obviously used it). I need to zippy tie my dash mat in somehow (haven't really looked yet). I just know it slides back when I accelerate and annoys me (only moves 1-2cm), but enough to have to slide it back.
