re: Police "pack" update???

I've read a few threads talking about the Police "Pack" updated and stuff...

I have checked the computer - doing the Hold Set and Mode when turning ignition... adn I get all the options coming up, the Digital speeo, fuel pressure, voltage, immediated fuel usage, fuel pump, oil pump pressure and crap like that... also has the 2 gear drop down without using the button, and when I got my stereo installed I was advised that I have power cables down the side for Scanner and Siren...

It wasn't a cop car as such, but used by the commisioner (thus buggered up above door handles from chunky politicians... phat bastards...)

Is anything done to engine or computer usually in regards to power output etc? and when I do put on the digital speedo, can't seem to find a way to make it big, only reads ni VERY small digital numbers...

What else is usually involved with the police pack edit thingy - somethign was mentioned about a sump plate or similar? how would I check if that is different?

Anyone help?

Take it to Holden and get them to "Tech 2" it, it takes 3 minutes to reprogram it so the digital spreedo comes up in LARGE numbers, you will loose the speed alert feature though. The digital speedo will come up every time you start the car then.
