Im after some advice on what to check as i have changed my leads and spark plugs on Saturday, and the car was running fine.
Today i decided to replace the conduit that the leads sat in and now i have done it the car has been running really rough.
I checked out my dash and its reading 99.9 litres per 100ks...
I have tried the old set of leads and plugs with no difference...
Is there any vaccuum lines i may have knocked or anything else you guys could think of??

Didn't crack a plug by accident?
Try removing one lead at a time whilst the car is running. The one that doesn't make a difference will be your problem.

Did you unplug anything else while doing this and forget to put it back on ? There are plenty of plugs and vacuum hoses around there you could have disturbed, and if you moved the alternator check around that too.
