removing front bumper

I picked up a smartbar for my vy and i am just wondering how easy it is to remove the original bumperand put the smart bar on?

Excuse my ignorance but what is a smart bar?

Its a roo bar made out of poly carbon(I think)that when fitted replaces the bumper..

3 screw on top in front of the radiator, 2 on each wheel arch-1 that comes up from the bottom. 2 Squivots that are on either side of the number plate that come up from the bottom. If fog lamps are fitted, need to disconnect wiring connector.
To pull the sides of the bar may take a little force.

i read somewhere that when putting things on the front.... you can upset your airbag... don't remember if that meant during removal or after the accessory has been fitted.....

I have had a look at the web site for the roo bars and it says they are air bag compatable as I brought it second hand of ebay....
If anybody knows anything different please let me know
