Driver Door Jam... Help!!

Hi all, I know a bit of this issue is covered in a sticky, but there is no post for a solution or reason why this happens.

When I press the "full" unlock button, the drivers door works fine, it's just when I attempt to just unlock the drivers door only that it gets jammed.

From here it's a manual key operation while holding the lock from inside (quite fidly). Turning it left and right a few times before the lock "resets" itself.

Why does this happen?

What is the solution, can I fix it myself.

Happened to me sorta, my 1st unlock was unlocking the rear left as well.

In your options menu disable the 2 stage unlock, lock and unlock your car then reenable the 2 stage unlock. Hopefully this might reset something but cant promise it, it worked in my situation however
