Default Who's the best Holden Dealer in Adelaide ?

Who's the best Holden Dealer in Adelaide ?

Had my first (warranty) experience with Metro Holden.
They fitted the power steering shudder mod and replaced the swaybar link rubbers (uppers).
Their work seems OK but their face to face customer service sucks and I couldn't believe how hard ya can slam a bonnet - right in front of the customer...........
They wanted the car first thing in the morning and agreed that I could pick it up at 3pm. While I was waiting to be picked up, they moved the Crewman from the service bay to the carpark and there it stayed until mid arvo. They hadn't even rung me by 3pm to tell me what problems they found. I had to ring them twice. It was finally ready at 4:30pm

Won't be goin' back there, but who's any better ?

Try Plaza Holden. They're pretty good there. Metro Holden is probably known as the best, but they get very very busy... City Holden may be worth a try as well...unless you want spare parts which they have basically nothing in stock.

I have used Metro at Thebarton to date. No dramas to speak of, other than taking 2 goes to find the leak on my passenger side. Have had it back 4 times under warranty in 12 months. I agree their customer service is a bit abrupt and to the point, although the last time there I spoke to the lady in person that took my booking over the phone and she actually came out to the car and had a look at the problem and added her own notes to the work sheet.

Am going to book into city holden on my next service in a week or so as it will be my last under warranty to give them a go.

Hmmmmmmm, it was the lady (she was nice to deal with) who tried to rearrange my bonnet...... scared the crap out of me as I had my back to it at the time - biggest bang I've had in a long time !

i always use plaza holden, there service is always good and car is always ready when i ask for it, city holden at hillcrest seem pretty ordinary as my brother tryed to get some warranty repairs done on his zc vectra they didn't want anything to do with him( i told him to go to plaza holden and they are willing to help him). I haven't heard a good word about metro holden on port road from the people i talk to.
