VY Sterero replacement

Hi

Just a quick question.
My mum has a VY Calais and has fallen in love with the stereo in my car, a pioneer unit with bluetooth.
She wants a unit that can play mp3s, connect 2 her bluetooth phone and possibly have sat nav inbuilt.
What would be a better option?

1) install a stereo in her car that can do what she wants or
2) Find an OEM double din stereo from another car that does MP3 playback and has bluetooth to connect to the mobile phone and can use the steering wheel controls

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
