window tinting

I'm goin to get the windows in my calais tinted very soon. Can any one tell me if there are any pit falls and any loop holes on how to get a darker shade legaly in Qld.

One thing I learned was that the VY has silicon around all the windows that the tind doesn't cover very well (Imagine putting glad wrap on a basketball). This is not a huge issue, but something to prepare yourself for.

Darkest Legal Tint for QLD is 35% all round and if you read your state guidelines, its pretty clear no loopholes exist.

There is a place down my way in Victoria tint master that says that a have a tint available then darkest legal but its only dark than legal looking into the car looking out from the car apparently it is still legal??? hope that helps

the standard tint on the car is 35% so u cant have it darker
