type of oil

im bout to do my service on my car since i have purchased it.what type of oil and how much do i need.and what brand spark plugs are a decent type. its for a vy 6 thanks guys

check your servicing manual, this usually has the specification of the type of oil that you will need, as for the spark plugs, I think that info is in the book as well, but if not, take one out and get the details that are written on it!!!

not sure about oil for the for ecotech, i reckon 20-50w grade oil. I would recommend getting Bosch Super 4 spark plugs (around $60), my car idles better, response better.
