hi guys
just curious to find out if anyone knows the weight of the standard dual mass flywheel, as i have just recieved my new solid exedy flywheel and it weighs ~13-14kgs (home scales) and i was interested to know if this is lighter then the standard one?

if anyone is interested i have pics o the heavy duty clutch kit and solid flywheel conversion from exedy gmk-7353HD

No info on the flywheel weight, but let us know how it all goes. Mind if i ask how much ya paid, and how much the install is going to set ya back?

it cost me $1200 after discount. i work at super cheap auto so noramlly price we sell it for is $1600. My boss used to work at local holden dealer for many years and is a qualified machanic so he is goin to put it in for me might have to buy him a carton or something. ill let u know how it goes i cant wait to get it done.
