The Outside diameter is 102 mm on a series 1 vy ss inside diameter is around 85 to 90 mm. By the way the MAF is 90 mm outside diameter. Hope this helps

The throttle blade diameter on a VT2-VY2 5.7 LS1 cable style TB is 74mm.
