dash top storage unit question

has anyone got a flip top dash storage unit on their VY? (where the binnacle guages go) do they make them for a VY? thanks men!

I don't think it is possible to do for the VY.

Get one from a VZ and use that instead? Why do you want on anyway? They're totally pointless really. Not good for storing much at all.

There is No VY storage compartment.

The VZ is the only one has the storage compartment.
The VZ is different to the VY.
The VZ center console sits up a little higher, then the VY's

To get this to work you may have to get the VZ center console setup.
Depends on how much you really want the storage compartment.

This would of been covered before try a search on the matter.

You can make a VZ one fit a VY, it just needs a bit/lot of chopn and changing but it will fit.....

(this is where the Dremal comes in handy)

The Windsurfing VY Wagon he shouldnt have to do any cutting cause he has climate control already. from memory you did the standard aircon with cup holders???



just go buy a vz climate conrtol surround for around $85 (clearly get the same colour on as you already have, which looks to be satin chrome or tempest grey). and the storage compatement. i think there about $70.

and its a straight swap over
