i have a problem with my VY Series 1 Executive. When i put my foot on the brake when the car is off the Instrument Cluster lights up and if the light switch is on parkers or something the rest of the dash will light up to, but it doesnt light up the parkers or other outside lights

I first noticed it ages ago on my pioneer headunit, it has dimmer control, when i was driving and i put my foot on the brake the stereo would dim for a second. Then when i went for a drive to the bank, i sat down and put my foot on the brake before i started the car and the instrument cluster lite up before the key was in the ignition.

I have recently just put LED brake lights in the car and i just changed one back ova to the globe and it went away why is it doing that???
