Windscreen squirting

Is it possible that during battery change out (RAA Done) the line from the watter bottle was blocked/kinked as now watter is in the bottle, I cen hear the little pump running but no water goes on the windscreen?

Some times the tubing can work off the connecter under the bonnet or the there is a good old fashion blockage.

I remember someone once suggested soaking the nozzles on CLR. No idea if this helps or not.
