S2 VY stereo Acc +12v staying live

I am having a problem with my 04 exec stereo staying on all the time unless i push the off button.

I have checked the plugs the connect to the back of the stock stereo and have found that the +12v acc keeps supplying power all the time even with keys out of the ignition and to doors locked.

My headlights are still auto shutting off when the drivers door is opened and then closed.

Can anyone help?

double check the door switches.
check the phone connector for chopping up, this is the most common cause of this.

would the phone connector still cause problems if it has never been used?
