Default how to disconnect high pressure fuel lines?

in my VY im seeing these high pressure lines have these plug type connectors, how do you disconnect them and does anything need to be replaced when you do so?

ok grab a pen with lid that is the approximate size of the metal pipe, cut the end of the lid off and cut it down the side,

now slide the pen lid of the metal pipe and slide the lid up into the connection,
push the hose towards the pen lid while twisting both the lid and hose and pull back on the hose,

do you kinda get what im talking about, i presume its the same connectors used in the vs

i think in the vy the fuel lines just have little tangs on them which unclip. so push the 2 halves of the connector together, press the tangs in and pull the fitting apart
