Is there a reason for this ?!!!

did you machine them? even if they are brand new they usually need a fine skimming.
did u 'bed' them in?
did you use bendix ultimate pads or just standard ones???? ive found with standard pads and cross drilled/slotted rotors they do tend to squeel because the rotors tend to wear away the pad alot more rapidly than standard rotors do....
new DBAs dont need skinning or machining
but they do need to be cleaned of
rust proof stuff...otherwise..they squeal
and I tried DBAs and Ultimates
and they were garbage...they squealed too
and were dirty as...![]()
I ended up with formula ferodo pads in mine

Smitty...with the VE SSv SII Sportswagon, VK race car and...Kwaka ZX12R
there was no need to machined them, and pads are bendix ultimate-gold
How ever after a bit of driving and breaking hard. i have noticed the squeak is wearing off..
it could have been the new pads and also sharpe edges on cross drilled rotors as they are new.
