    Default A4 Oil Temp Sensor

I am fitting a oil temp gauge to my A4.

I need to know which line from the A4 is to oil feed out to the cooler.

My manual is pretty vague and doesn't explain which is out and which is in.

    Thanks.

usually the bottom line into the radiator is the in line & the top is the out or return line.allows the oil to be cooled for a longer period this way.i take it you are talking about transmission oil temp?
    cheers
