HELP:- Head Unit turns back on.

Recently, When i have been opening the drivers door the head unit has been turning off, but then it turns stright back on. Has anyone else had this happen, or know how to fix it. Thanks Mccar13

I thought that at first but when i open the door the headunit does turn off for a sec and while the door is still open it turns back on. I am sure someone else had the same problem on here but now a lot of the posts have gone i can't look back and see.

I still reckon it's the door switch.

I think I know the thread you're talking about where someone else had this problem. He just pulled the switch out, cleaned and fiddled with it and put it back in and solved the problem. Won't hurt to give it a go anyway...

if it is a faulty switch just change it with one off the back doors
