hsv dash fittings

hey everyone, we have a vy clubby forsale on the used car yard where i work, just wondering if anyone knows how much the silver trim is around the centre part of the dash is from the clubbys, looks better than the plan exec silver, also does anyone knoe how easy and how much to put the gauge pods in that i think come in the vy senators that sits on the top of the dash?

any help greatly appreciated and also can you still buy these from holden/hsv or do you need a vin to order them from?

thanks for that, i didn't relise the binnacle was so expensive all though being a hsv i had an idea it would be, but not that much. yeh i saw the trim, not the one i was after, the one i'm thinking of is around the heater controls and cd player (center console)

Keep an open eye on eBay as they often have the Satin Chrome trim your refering to (upper & lower) on there, problem is bone heads will bid higher than the cost of a new setup to get it.

From memory the SS & Berlina will also have the same setup, so it's worth watching out for those particular models too.

oh ok, cool thanks for that, yeh i'm going to get a price from holden and see how much they are new then decide if to buy new or look at ebay, as my ss has the plain silver but its been patched up and sprayed as it looks like some holes have been filled in from when it was a cop car and theres deep scratches in it that have been filled in, are they easy to fit? and are the auto gear shift boots easy to fit? as mines split and holden wouldn't replace it b4 i picked it up of them when i bought it

Most of that trim is pretty easy to fit, not alot of screws just clips.Just gotta take it easy!
