Just had a recon steering rack fitted to my VY series2 with only 70,000km on the clock.
Passengers side boot was wet with a drip hanging under it for about a month and had time on the weekend to jack it up and look closer, boot had a 3mm split in it.
So keep a eye out under your car was pure luck I spotted it dont often look underneath..
