Lightbulb Changing engine coolant on VY

I have some new engine coolant from Autobahn (It meets the right specs) and want to completely change the cheap stuff that is in my car now.

The handbook tells me how to top up the coolant, but not how to replace it totally.

Where can I find info so I can learn to do this myself. i.e. letting the old stuff out and then adding in the new stuff. The handbook says that to top up the fluid, you put the mixture into the reservoir with the yellow cap.. but to replace it all I would have thought you pour it all in (as per measurements in book) through the radiator cap entry point?

Any help would be great, thanks.

Being a similar engine to my old VS.
To completely drain the block you have to remove the knock sensors from the engine itself.
When you drop the bottom hose offa the radiator, you only get bout half of what sould come out. :b:
I just ended up paying my mechanic to do it on my VX.
Only cost $100 including new coolant.
Just make sure if you do it, that you bleed the coolant system when your done! Dont want no air bubbles in there!

has someone replaced the factory coolant with cheap stuff?
anyway its easy to change
1. drain all the coolant from the block, radiator, heater core, & hoses
2. refill with the required mixture of coolant
presto all done...
