Ecotec Cams??

Im just woundering if there is any cam packages out there for my ecotec, and what type of gains and cost are involved??

crow cams will do one check out there website have herd of people doin them but i dont think the gains are that great...really the ecotec isnt the best power wise na...best of forced induction if u want power or a v8 for that matter...ive got roller rockers and they go alrite but if u want sero power u need a charger...

well yeh cost wise for the cam ull be looking at round $7-800 for cam and then about the same to get it installed coz u gotta rip apart the whole engine

mate i just did the same thing
stage 3 crow cam, crow valve springs, lifters some other stuff lol 1200 bucks it cost but BUT no chip
then it also cost me about another 800 for install but that was with a service and stuff like that so its a pritty pricy setup. also if u get a cam package without the chip ull need to get one made or or have the car dyno tuned

yeh i think ur biggest prob is guna be the tune because i no the vx cant be tuned easily and i think its over 1500 just for a tune! so i would think the vy being newer it would have the same comp...could be wrong tho...

no idea mate just got the thing back about a week ago and its not even tuned yet so im gonna put a new diff on maybe next week then tune it all up and sould know then
im hoping for around 135-145 rwkws
