Soon going to purchase a VY maybe..VZ Calais any suggestions?

Hey my mums better half is about to get a VY or VZ Calais for her. I know everything mechanically with these cars but is their any issues I should be looking out for? e.g. leaking boot, seals, etc. It will unfortunally be the V6 but its gonna be free so no complaints here. Cheers

if he can, tell him to get a late VZ ( '06 ) it will still be under warranty then so if anything ****s up it will be on holden.
