Starting hassles

Hi Guys,
Have you ever encountered this starting problem. Sometimes the motor will turn & not fire. When I turn it off & try again, there's nothing at all..not even a click. Leave it a while & it'll either start OK or do the same again. I've tried both park & neutral for the same result. I did fit a new battery just before Christmas, but this has only started happening in the last week or so..
What do ya reckon???

check battery terminals, or ignition relay!!!

I had this problem. took it to holden and they said it was the key not talking to the computer. they replaced..... anyway about 1 week later, it didn't start at all, and worse of all I had just parked it on top of mt cootha, and come back and i was devastated, cos being a manly man I don't need to be a member of racq. anyway so I'm on the phone at 11pm at night trying to get them to give me a jump, they want $210 to join so they send a unit out immediately... I'm giving her my credit card number when I try it once more, and it starts. YYYYYYEEESSSSS!!!!! I hang up on her, and drive home where i park it and take the missuses car to battery world the next day. $120 later i installed a brand new battery and mate when i fired it up i thought the car was gonna take off. It had so much more cranking power, and it's been 2 months now, not one issue with starting ever since.

moral: get a new battery.
