Question cruise control & fuel gauge malfunctions

My fuel gauge says empty even after I fill the car & my cruise control is activated when it is not and I can't use it. The dealership replaced the fuel sender and cruise control module and the problem still exists. They say it may be in the 'cluster'. Is there anyone else with similar problems. The dealership said they tested the fuel sender & it was faulty.

Default

do a dash test
hold both up and down arrow down on the mode control and turn the ignition on
it will light everything on the dash up and all gauges should max out
I think thats how you do it or may be hold the mode button I cant remember

Angry

Barryk replies - the instrument cluster was found faulty and replaced. The cruise control was not faulty and not replaced. The fuel sender was tested and found faulty & replaced. Everything is now working as it should $730.00 later thank you very much. Ouch that hurts - for faulty parts that should last much longer - GMH replaced the fuel sender free of charge but I paid for labour. 65000 km and 1 year 10 mths out of warranty.
