Default VY Exhaust question

Hey guys ive got a N/a vy and im getting a 2.5 inch catback and im woundering what headers would i be better off getting.
Im trying to decide between HM headers or Lukey, Ive heard the exhaust system with the lukeys and like the growl of it but on the other hand i havnt heard what the peformance is like compared to HM so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

On a purely performance stand point, use Pacemaker, they are mandrel bent and their patented cone over design is the best for flow. But as for Lukey and HM, no real noticeable difference. If you are WA I can give you a pretty decent price on HM's or Pacemaker.

For good street driveability, Pacemaker Tri Y's $770. A good 2 1/2" twin system $600. This is what I do them for supplied only in WA.

Pacemaker tri y's. Don't go tuned length, they will move the power band higher up in the revs. If you plan to drag it, then go tuned, but street use only, tri y's are the go.

Sorry, mixed the two of you up. V6 is totally different. It won't matter what you use on a V6 unless you plan to seriously mod it. By serious I mean supercharge it.

Depending on where you are. Postage is the killer from WA, but I may be able to arrange local pick up from a dealer over there.
